Mary Ann
I do not have this particular symptom, or at least not to a level that is distracting, so I am not much help on this front.
I do notice a vague loss of coordination and decreased sensation in my fingers-- mostly dropping guitar picks-- but it comes and goes so erratically that I have no idea how I would treat it. Some days, there's no difference. Some days, I notice my guitar playing is just imprecise-- the notes just sound a little muffled on the left hand, it might improve with practice, or might not. And some days, I just keep dropping the guitar pick.
Anyway, sorry I'm not much help and welcome to the board! I don't take a lot of supplements except for CBD oil (with varying amounts of CBD, below what is considered an average recreational dose) which has helped greatly, but mostly with stiffness. I need to start fish oil per my eye doctor-- terrible dry eyes-- but I haven't gotten around to it yet. And yes, Mary Anne, I'm supposed to start probiotics as well.
I go easy on supplements for most irrational reasons: Several people I know who took a lot of them, particularly minerals and weird herbs, developed really bad forms of cancer. Probably a coincidence, not at all scientific, but I no longer take anything that I haven't studied for, like, years.
Cinnamon is great for circulation.
and I swear by CBD. I would really look into it. I use it topically and I eat it.
