Recently I have noticed when I lay down in bed I will get dizzy for maybe 10 seconds. Its been happening for maybe a week. Over the last 3 days It has happened at times when I look up or look down. Stand up, Sometimes lasting 30 seconds to a minute. Maybe a little more. I assumed the obvious ear infection or sinus and had them checked. Any ideas?
Some people develop stones in the ears. They get out of place and cause dizziness. There is vestibular therapy for that.
Does not sound like med reaction.

But like I said but just not i detail, I assumed the obvious ear infection or sinus and had them checked. I went to my GP/Internal medicine and also went to an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. They found nothing other than I need to turn up my moisture on my Cpap machine because the oxygen at night is slightly irritating my nasal cavity. But nothing to cause the dizziness.
