I had to tell them about my diagnosis of Mctd and Sjogrens because of all my many hospital appointments .They were continually not happy with the time I was taking off for those even when I made up time and took leave
At annual review time they noted I am not able to recall instruction and how to process certain transactions on the system even when shown a number of times .They mentioned mood swings also.
I had noticed that I could be driving and get lost practically around the corner from where I lived and also when coming back to things I just could not recall a series of actions processing software tasks. I forget names and find it hard to get words right .This has happened before and is transient .Lately I've had severe migraine and feel spaced out .I think it is stress from the job .I'm just turned 50 and not ready for the scrap heap .I'm feeling I need to jump before I'm pushed in work
