I am a guy in my med 20s. I want to stop masturbating because my sex life is fine and I'm concerned it's effecting my ability to have children because I masturbate until nothing comes out. Talking 6 times in three hours at my worse. Ironicly I work as an addiction counselor so Identify triggers etc. I'm open to any encouragement so long as it not religious. No offense to religious, I grew up Christian. I just think god could care less about masturbating, with racism, muder, and so on.
