Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.
There's an invention to make you feel better about yourself even if you aren't feeling well. It's lupus-inspired and actually on the market already -- Sara Gorman's Pillbags. A does of style can go a long way.
Wouldn't it be wonderful to have something to gently massage legs or back during sleep? I'm pretty sure one of the reasons I wake up so achey is because I've been still.

LOL...At the hospital where I work, we tell parents to give this combination to kids all the time for stomatitis, but never thought about using it myself. Isn't that just funny? I will have to find some mylanta (I've got the benadryl). I have to say, the L-Lysine has been really helping keep big mouth sores at bay, but I still notice the small ones anytime I eat anything citrus or spicey.
Thanks for posting!
