Oh today sucks butt!!! I'm hurting all over like i've been hit by not just one but three freaking semi-trucks!!! My head hurts so bad.....and the pain keeps jumping from one side to the other...I feel like I'm holding the world on my shoulders because of the pain I'm having....Is this a freaking flare? I hate feeling like this.....I wanna scream and then sleep for a couple of days....sorry for rambling...just had to vent!!!

Just had a few days like that too. Are you close to your period? Ovulation? This can contribute to a mini flare up. Try to think if you did anything different the past few days. sometimes there is a link. Hope you feel better, honey. Do you have anything for pain?If so, take it. It may not take away the pain completely but it may take the edge off.

I take promethazine for a headache it works for me. My headache feels like I could scream for ever and beat the walls.

Same here I've been feeling like an infection is coming on with a sore throat, headache, chills, malaise and worse pain in my joints and muscles. Could be a flare?? I am taking antibiotics just in case. Minor infections can also cause flares like a sinus, bladder or chest infection. I would see the doctor if it gets worse. If its a pressure headache it might also be sinus related.
