Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

I started my Cytoxan treatment 3 weeks ago...my hair is falling out! It's pretty nasty - hair everywhere! I currently have a wig and was wondering if anyone can give advice as to if/how/when I should shave my head. I have this hope that maybe it won't all fall out...but it's not looking very realistic.
