I've been having random joint issues the latest being my big toe. It actually feels like the joint is sliding out of the joint and then I get a lasting pain and cramp in the toe that is really painful.
Does anyone else have joint problems like this. My hand hurt all the time and it's hard to open my hand wide. It seems like the tendons or something are not stretching proberly.

I know what you are going through for sure. With the toe pain mine goes from head to toe basically. The best med for me for relief is Lyrica. It has really helped alot. With the tendons in your hands, I have that as well in both hands. My Orthapedic doc/surgon gives me shots in the base of the fingers affected. Just below where my fingers attach to my palm. I will be honest it hurts like crazy doing it, but after a couple of days, it helps tremendously. For me it is greatly worth the shots for some relief of the pain & stiffness. I get this too - only in my big toe on the right foot? When I checked it out the doc said it might be nerve inflammation? He put some support pieces into my shoes that I where most of the time and it seems to be getting better. I thought it might have been gout - but no.

Thank you for the replies. Every time I get a new pain I seem to get the joint injected and yes it hurts like !!!! How long do your shots last? The one I got in my ankle didn't last very long.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
