I love these two things, also steam room. A co-worker said this is very dangerous due to germs. I said I thought that was what the chlorine was for. She said she got Messa? super bug from the jacuzzi. Any opinions? It seems if they were that dangerous they would shut them down.

my TCM (traditional chinese med. dr.) told me that it's unwise to do 2 hot treatments back to back, such as hot tub and then directly into the steam room. something about the heat needs time to leave your body before you have another heat treatment. interesting!
