Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. Yet I have no memory of falling. I woke up with a bunch of stuff on top of me and blood all over the walls where I must have run into them. I think it's possible we fall because of seizures. When you have a seizure you typically have no memory of it.
