Recently I have been feeling more anxious and overthinking way more than I should be. I've tried multiple ways to try and prevent me from doing this but nothing seems to quite work besides long drives to place but it is very hard to do that especially with school going on. I love my partner with all of me and embrace every part of her. We've only been dating the last couple of months but known each other for over 6 years now. We both attend different colleges and it seems like she does not put all this effort into me as I do for her. I miss how things were but I've also been thinking nonstop about how every time I get in a relationship I always get this way. Feeling anxious and overthinking is one of the worst things I do but now more than ever it has been happening like crazy and I feel like I'm losing control. I'm trying to see a therapist but it is hard to find ones that offer in-person during this pandemic and I feel as if its harder to get my point across over the phone or Zoom. Does anyone have any advice on how to start caring about my life more than my partners? Or if she actually does care for me or not because I feel as if I'm on a way one street of a relationship.
