How old was the girl? and how big was the gap? answer only if u don't mind

I have almost the same problem, there's a girl at the gym, (she work's there) we're 17 Year's part, I just turned 40 a few moth's ago.....And she's 23, Only problem is: I've never Been able to just go up to a girl and ask her out.

I know exactly how you feel. I met a "friend" not too long ago and we talked online all the time. One night, I hit a low spot, and that night we fell for each other, HARD. We didn't say a word because I was 13 and he was 18, so we just went on like nothing had changed. I told him three months later, and we immediately knew we would have to wait till I turned 18 till we could be with each other or tell anyone. Since the person you are interested in PROBABLY (not saying they aren't) is above 18, so you don't need to worry about it as much. Age gap just happens, but love doesn't say you have to be born in the same month or year or decade even. As long as you let them know you have real and true feelings for them, they will accept you. As long as you both have feelings with each other, it will work out fine. And if you have skeptical friends or family members, know that they just don't feel the way you do deep down.
