Loneliness Support Group
Loneliness is an emotional state in which a person experiences a powerful feeling of emptiness and isolation. Loneliness is more than the feeling of wanting company or wanting to do something with another person. Loneliness is a feeling of being cut off, disconnected and alienated from other people. The lonely person may find it difficult or even impossible to have any...
places and take photos, plant something, go somewhere and shoot a basketball, your ideas would be better, just some suggestions.
You can wake up enjoying the fact that you don't have to listen to any boring lectures (if they're boring), don't have to get up until you want to,
People who have physically demanding jobs, work for and with really crappy people, have to put up with an unbelievable amount of nonsense, would envy you getting to have the summer off.
Trust me, I envy the people with jobs. Everyone I talk with says they'd love to be to do what I do. But I hate it. It gets so boring. Especially when you can't afford to go anywhere, don't have a car to get anywhere, and have nowhere to go. But thanks for your input. I'm hoping I can find something to occupy my time
Emphatically suggest the suggestion to volunteer, this will give you something to do and make you more employable down the track.
Having no car is a practical problem with a practical solution, spend this summer learning to drive/getting your license/obtaining a vehicle. And or getting into bike riding (could get super fit and ride to your friend's places instead of the morning jog)/acquainting yourself with the local public transport.
Other challenge, and it's a good one, make a friend who lives locally.
Volunteer activities are very good ways to get jobs. One guy that was dealing with depression and bipolar couldn't get a job no matter how hard he tried. He then was able to volunteer at the city pool (not a lifeguard) and did well and after several months they offered him a job and it's still going well. He's working full time.
If you make up reasons for not doing it, they are excuses and break down to you staying home all day. If you really want a job, the volunteer activities can really lead the way and get you great reference letters for other jobs too. So start checking out what your city/town has to offer in volunteer work and you may find something and it may eventually turn into a paying job for you. Many hugs.
As for volunteering. Yeah suppose I should look into it, but I also need money asap. It's not just a matter of getting out of the house. It's a matter of I need money! lol Student loans just don't pay off themselves.
I could do the biking too. Just need to find a more comfortable seat for my bike. After about 5 minutes of sitting, well let's just say it creates a pain in an uncomfortable area lol.
I'm still looking for jobs. Not gonna give up doing that. But it's a little disheartening when you don't get even an interview. Had an opportunity to work as an intern and make $1500 a month, but it was an hour away from where I live. And without a car it makes travel difficult. And I wasn't left with enough time to be able to get an apartment out there.
