Screaming silently inside yourself and no one hears you. Wanting so much to have someone just listen to you. What is it like to have those things? When they are continuous with no end in sight. I see to many doctors who give me no time to breathe fresh air. Oh how I want to break this cycle. I would have to look up on Amazon how to find the right book for this stuff. Do they make it in book form? Stuff is coming to the surface now. crying....when will it stop. how much more pain do I have to go through? Life is part of negative and positive but when negative outweighs the positive all the time it sure gets to be hopeless making me cry all the more inside.

"In his diary in an entry headed, Nice 22 January 1892, Munch described his inspiration for the image:
'One evening I was walking along a path, the city was on one side and the fjord below. I felt tired and ill. I stopped and looked out over the fjordthe sun was setting, and the clouds turning blood red. I sensed a scream passing through nature; it seemed to me that I heard the scream. I painted this picture, painted the clouds as actual blood. The color shrieked. This became The Scream.'"
