This week I have started being more intentional about getting out of my room and meeting new people and trying to do more group activities. One of my friends came over yesterday and I was talking non-stop... I actually am going to apologize to her because it seemed a bit out of character. I do all the time, especially if I haven't talked to someone in a long time. Nothing wrong with having lots to say! Hugs GB

It makes me happy when that happens. I feel as if they missed me.

Ive been doing that my entire life.. I like a lot of alone time sometimes but as I've got older I've realized that it really helps me to just keep in touch with my friends even if it's the tiniest little message I send them, and the more i make myself I do it the more it starts to become part of my routine... Putting yourself just out of your comfort zone is a great thing I think as long as u know it's something that u want to improve or be more comfortable.. Thanks for sharing, it is nice to know when people share your weird habits haha..

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ
