My sisters ex has been stalking us for a while, he has threatened to kill her. He calls her work and makes threats, he made a couple FAKE people on Facebook and has been harassing her, she blocked all of them, but now he is attacking me.. He said he was going to kidnap my 2 year old nephew....then he threw a brick FROM HIS PORCH through our car window, and stole my car seat... He has called me and texted me none stop, and admitted to everything on one of the fake Facebook accounts..He also messaged me a couple times the past week and said that the window was just the begining and he's going to come after us and kill my sister... the cops said they can't do anything... There IS evidence, lives are being threatened, he has done physical damage and is stalking us.. Is there ANYTHING I can do?? Any ideas?... Anything will help at this point.. We've tried all we can think of.. and I'm sick of lazy cops sitting on their asses, while my family is in danger.. My nephew is my world, I told the cops if they didnt do anything, I will.. and if I have to kill somebody to protect my nephew, I'll do it.. But I hope it doesn't have to come to that.. We just need help..

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

perhaps there is a site or other forums here that would be more relevant.
Im sorry to complain but i feel there is a possibility that this forum will soon lose direction.

I found this place listed as help for domestic violence, you might call and see if they can give you some suggestions and help. They may have some connections and be more understanding of your situation. LATIMER HOUSE, 1003 Main Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501, Administrative number: (970) 241-0324 Crisis number: (970) 241-6704
So he has sent text messages threatening you and your sister? I would think you could get hard copies of those and submit them as proof. Or show them the message and the number it came from. They do have those small tape recorders, they aren't that expensive, you could tape him when he phones you, that way you have his voice and if you say who is this, he might even be dumb enough to give you his full name. Then immediately call the cops. True a cam can catch activity at night, but I think getting his voice on tape threatening one of you is far stronger evidence.
While I understand your frustration, and your right to protect yourself and others at your residence, be careful making threats of any kind yourself. Contact those people I suggested, think about getting a tape recorder and getting his threats on tape, then you will have him. Good luck, stay safe.
I went thru a similar thing; I complained to the police, but they didn't do much. I tried to persue a peace bond and was told "they don't exist anymore' I was fresh from a breakdown, and he just kept at it until I just felt like I couldn't take it anymore and I surrenderred my son to him. He was always able to fly beneath the radar, always had some "do-gooder" willing to help him out. Now, years later, my son believes all the tripe his dad tells him and believes I'm the Villian in this picture. Best thing I can tell you is to ALWAYS have someone else with you & your sister to witness events. Approach your local legal services agency to see if they'll help draw up papers for you & your sister or consult a lawyer to Petition the Court for you. Best Wishes.
