Loneliness can be pretty debilitating when it sort of holds you from doing important things.. I mean the only person you see is you right and you don't really have an outlet to let in another perception on an issue like good good guidance etc. I'm sorry for the sudden rambling without context.. I currently have loads of work in my plate and I feel like I should be doing a lot...thing is I'm scared..it's the last few days of my master's degree and I feel that I'd lose a lot of friends and that would we even be in touch etc..it's a trying time and I'd wanted encouragement.

Now that I am not talking to my whatever best friend, I realized that her life is full of drama. I had grown tired of hearing her stories about her boyfriend many months ago. She basically had been monopolizing conversations for that long too. She pretty much stopped asking me questions about me. Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.

It is a big change but be proud of getting yourself where your at. Only look back at your achievements and allow them to show you the amazing life you have in front of you.
It will be a transition and in truth friends come and go. Just don't loose faith in your ability to move forward and on to greater things.
I know its easy to say it, but breathe, stay calm and focussed.
U got this, and u will be great!
I had so much fun, despite the stress of the classes I was taking, that I never wanted to leave. But I reached a point where my money was running out and I had no choice but to leave. After I got my degree, I never went back.
For a short time, I really missed my classmates but when I went to work, I made new friends who became a part of my life and you will too. I always try not to look too far ahead because that makes me very anxious, so I just pay attention to what I need to do today and I always take a minute or two to just relax, and meditate in the quiet of the moment, no matter where I am. That really helps me alot.
Thankyou for being here!
