Communicate clearly with your wife when you need time to yourself and as Tired suggested, it's a wise idea to get your own therapist to help you focus on your own needs as your wife deals with this crisis she is having.

that she will get better, unless she gradually de-sensitizes herself by
spending more and more time alone.
