I'm getting to know someone as a friend, and I don't want to give any wrong impressions. This is someone who I think is trustworthy, and who I know face-to-face. I've told him that at this time I'm not looking for a serious relationship but just friendships. This friend travels near my home a couple of times per week, and eventually I may want to invite him to dinner here, but I REALLY DO NOT want to send the wrong message. It has been a long time since I've developed friendships with men, so I'm a bit naive about all of this.
