hey everyone, so i am a lesbian teen who lives in a small town so finding other people who are also lesbian has been a challenge. but i did start "talking" to this girl a few months ago and things went well but the only problem we had then was her boyfriend. So you could say she was very bi-curious. She said her boyfriend was fine with her having a girlfriend but i wasn't 100% ok with her sharing me with another person. i mean who is? lol. I started catching feelings for her and we have attempted to hang out a couple of times but something was always in the way. Then she dropped a bomb on me. She told me she was pregnant. She said she still liked me,but her pregnancy couldn't have been at any worst time because i was having come major feelings for her. After a while i stopped talking to her because i had a feeling her boyfriend was asking some major questions about me. I just recently talked to her and her and her man are having problems and she moved in with her mom. I really do still have feelings for her but i feel that with the pregnancy and her boyfriend problems i will be "stepping on toes" if i continue to talk to her again. What should i do? Pleasseee help!
Having grown up in a small Southern town, I can remember the hardships of finding someone with whom I could be myself. Unfortunately for me there was no internet at that time as it was the "dark ages" (lol). It was not until I went away to college that I finally began to find a good number of people with whom I could simply be me. You are fortunate to live in such a technologically-advanced age where you may be able to make contact with others and establish friendships with like-minded individuals. However, I would caution you to use good common sense in how you proceed. I may be "preaching to the choir" here, but I feel compelled to say this anyway... The internet can be a dangerous place, so, beware and be careful regarding information you share and with whom you share it.
Again, life is stressful enough without us adding to it by making rash decisions. We all make them, but whenever possible, we should work hard to limt their number.
