My ex and I broke up in October since than our contact has ranged from no contact to limted to trying to be friends we talk on 1/7 she said still loved me but couldnt be wit me but wanted to stay friends and wanted me to go out wit her 4 her 21st everythin is koo i text her to let her know her w2s came in no text im like ok than i text her on her bday to wish her a happy bday no response than i get a text last night apolgizin 4 not textin n she just had a odd week am i overreactin by bein hurt im just tired of bein bounced around this isnt the first time she has done this our first heart to heart she kissed me and held me told me she was comin home once she figured shit out than went on myspace n hr later sayin i was playin games n was in love wit another girl
than we stopped talkin till jan 7 n she tells me she loves me but cant be wit me but wants friends than ignores me idk what to do i love her so much shes my best friend we have been friends 4 4years before we got together i dont know if i can keep bein pushed n pulled im tryin to move on but its hard when she is constanelly changin her mind

Grammar and punctuation aside, it sounds like this girl wants a "friends with benefits" relationship and is content to let you believe what you want about her feelings. If, when you ask her, she has no solid response, you need to just lay it all out and tell her how you feel. Tell her you're sick of getting the run around and you need to know right now what the deal is. After that, the ball is in her court. If she is truly your friend, she will respect your request for an answer and give you one. If not, then I'd say avoid heartache and let her go. It's not worth your personal happiness; I'm sure you can do much better with someone else who will appreciate your love and friendship.

If you don't like the push/pull.. let go of the rope and walk away. Sometimes love isn't enough to make things last :O/

This is going to sound cold, but it feels like this has gone on long enough. It may be time for you to grab back your power, stay no contact and move on.

You don't deserve this kind of treatment. If she truly cared for you she wouldn't be doing this to you. No matter what its time to enforce the no contact rule. Stick by your guns and don't respond at least for a few days. You'll be amazed at how strong you will become just by going no contact for a few days.
