Ok so I have 2 best friends that are lesbians and one works at the jail as a nurse and the other one in dispatch well the nurse winded up sleeping with a inmate and getting fired! But her gf is coming to me wanting advice and I have no clue what to say to her.... But shes wanting to work it out seeing they been together for 3 yrs now

the only advice i can give is, THEM needing to work it out. that THEY need to comunnicate, THEY need to sit down and talk about all the shit. THEY need to do it. you can help. you can be there for her if they break up. but they need to deal with their relationship. no one else can. their relationship should be between them. if its with everyone else. well, hey, why not just date and be with everyone on earth?

you can be there for her, tell her then they need to talk about all the things, and tell her that you can help if they break up by being there as a friend.

I would sit with my friend while she cries, or needs companyk, let her know that you are there for her. I would try not to take sides and gently suggest some counseling, if one won't go well then one could go by themselves to see if it is really salvageable.

tell her to run . if she cheats now she will cheat laster and that is not love it is sick.

I have to agree with ajr5679. Once one has cheated in a relationship and gotten away with it they have lost that boundry. At least from my experience. I ook my last GF back too many times and it never stopped until we split for good. Now she swears she would never do that to someone and that she has learned from her mistakes with me, which I hope is true, but I know that she would have kept cheating if I had continued taking her back.
