Hey Ladies!!!!!! So, I am FINALLY (Hallelujah) over my ex- never thought that day would arrive and am a bit sprung on a younger woman. At first, this dynamic was super fun and I was totally into it. She seemed on the same page (by the way we are about ten years apart).
Then, for no reason apparent to me she suddenly pulled back. I didn't ask any questions and kinda went with it. Then the sparks resurfaced and things seemed to be on again. When things are good they are great but when she's distant it's like cold water and I cannot help but have hurt feelings.
I am not a fan of the push/pull and don't really get the back and forth piece. Neither of us are really in a space to date nor would we (given the age gap alone) as well as a few other factors. I also don't know if she's over her ex and who else she might be hanging out with. Maybe she's just not that into me anymore though I think she was- not sure what changed.
I have a huge crush on this chick. I know for my own self-respect I should probably just walk away and focus on other things (part of why I ended my previous relationship was because I felt I needed to be with more women and play the field) so I feel like I should be doing that but I am SO distracted by this girl.
I need some outside insight. Any advice is welcome. Anyone been through this before? Specficially, I'm curious what mixed messages are about and hot/cold dynamics. Both of those things are a bit new to me and I cannot say that I am a fan.

i personally hate the push me pull me type of relationship because it is filled with games i prefer not to play... things left unsaid, miscommunications... been there done that and it didn't end well... honest communication, honest talking is the only way through it.
