Basically, I'm suffering from a break up. It's been three weeks since, and it was my decision. We've only just cut off contact.
I'm really, really struggling. Every day when I get home from work, I just cry and want to call her. I second guess myself every single second of the day. How could I let someone who loves me go? Did I even do the right thing? It doesn't matter now anyway, I think I've lost her forever.
It just hurts so much. Someone please help. I'm not sure I can take much more. I live alone, which makes this so much harder. HELP! :'(

Honey.. it's called..."Grieving"
It's part of the learning process.
When a relationship ends, there's a reason and the reason become a life lesson. Life lessons make us better people, love ourselves more which assists us in selecting better partners.
I'm so sorry you hurt and that this nightmare is your reality, but I assure you honey muffin that you are a beautiful, amazing, intelligent soul who's growing and learning all sorts of cool things. Just give it time, be gentle with yourself and patient with the universal lessons.
Being alone really rocks..and it's nothing to be scared of.
