I'm glad you found Daily Strength!
I see you've already joined 'Gay & Teen Lesbians' and I'm really, really glad you did! You may want to also join the group, "Coming Out".
I think these groups will help you see that you are not alone in your struggle to come out and be yourself. (hug)
Life is scary and difficult for everyone ~ even straight people :O) So, take your time and embrace all the support and love you can find here. (hug)
My personal thought is that it will come to you don't rush into it the perfect time and day will come and you will know exactly how and what to say. Good luck sweetie.
I was never one to be close to my family but i think they figured it out when they started seeing pictures and the looks i gave women lol

I agree with most of the sentiment on this page, while you are waiting for the right moment and right things to say, there are lots of good books out there that offer suggestions, and things to say for teens coming out. One way to find a good one is going to Amazon, tap in "coming out"....but rather than just pick a book, look at "stars", the more stars and more people who have read or used the book, the better the chance of getting a appropriate one.
One other way might be to contact PFLAG and get suggestions for good books there. They certainly will be able to give you advice, encourage you to go to meetings for support, and titles of appropriate books. etc.
ITs never an easy thing to do because we are never sure how people will react. Those whom we believe will be cool about it, can turn out to be the ones who protest the most. And those of course we believe will be hardest on us, sometimes shock us with their support. The point is, you can't predict a persons reaction, but you can predict your own if you find the answers to all the questions you will need to make the process easiest on you. You will have a better understanding of what may or may not happen.
Good luck to you and take your time, be fully prepared before you act, its the best advice i can offer.
