She deserves to be treated with the same respect you gave her when she moved in. It's not as if she's a dog that you can drop off at the local shelter then forget about. She's a human being that you once loved and this about a roof over her head.
If you are serious about her moving out, tell her the complete truth about this relationship being over; then ask her how soon she can leave. Be calm, gentle, firm and respectful (as you would want someone to be with you) and don't allow the discussion to end until you both compromise on a move out date. If it becomes a disagreement than you have no choice but to take prompt legal action, and that's a whole other post.
This is about a break up of two people who were together for 4 years. I'm not in support of hanging out with someone when the relationship is clearly unhealthy and/or over; but I do have a problem with ending a primary relationship in a cruel, disrespectful manner.
