OK ladies,
How much crying is normal? I have gone from a person to never crys to one who wans to cry all the time. I have the reasons I know wha is going on but I don't like the tears...

unfortunatly I cant discuss the reason of my tears. I have no idea who I can tell.

hormone fluctuations maybe? there's a theory out there that we go through a phase similar to puberty every 10 years or so which can make our hormones go a little crazy. but if you're thinking it's something a little deeper than that, i highly recommend talking to a therapist or counselor. i have been for a few years and it's helped me a lot.

I posted this once but it wasn't here???

Thank you Ladies for your thoughts on the matter. Yes I will be doing consouling when I get some income going. I have many skeletons in my closet. Finally though the tears have stopped. I wish I could discuss the issue I am facing more but it could be really bad on me if the wrong person read it.

Anyway as always there is always someone here to help me.
