Hi All,
I have a bit of an issue, whenever I consume food or drink with Lactose I get a sore throat. The more Lactose I have the worse it is. I have not been tested for Lactose intolerance, but I did have an ENT say a few years ago, try not drinking milk.
Is it a good idea for me to record what I eat and drink for a few weeks and then go to my GP, so I can be referred to radiology, so I can be tested?

How are you going? I have to go for a hydrogen breath test, to see if I am lactose intolerant. GP referred me to have the test.
I just called my GP and found out that I am not lactose intolerant. It is something else. Back to square one.
My Aunt who works in a hospital in Sydney said that it could be gluten.
