I ate some icecream to feel better the other day, knowing that I am lactose intolerant. My IBS had been really good for a while, not much of it. Well, now I am terribly sick. Stomache pains all day that I have to take 3 IBProfin for, diarehea, dehydration, dizziness, blacking out. I've never had the dizziness and blacking out before, maybe it is the summer. It's just that I can have a little bit of cheese sometimes without too much trouble so I guess I thought...well I did not think I was too worried. What is the quickest way to get the dairy out of my system?!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
