I'm so depressed when I come out of the market after shopping and seeing what I can no longer eat. I am also diabetic and my choices in life are dwindling. So many alternatives are full of fat and sugar, things I've kept a close eye on for the last few years. It is difficult to change my mind set. I'm dreading the thought of putting the weight back on that I struggled so hard to get off.
But I feel better, so I wont go back to all the dairy.
Cheese is the worst for me, one slice, Im in agony. I will search too and post anything I know. PEACE TO YOU!
I made scones this morning using the soured soymilk and Fleishmans unsalted (dairy free) stick margarine.. I think they came out great. Thumbs up from my daughter too. I would be happy to pass the recipe along if you like.
