Hello,
I am new here and am having a serious issue with jealously with my boyfriend.
About 6 months ago, I was on his facebook and found that he had been talking with a girl that lived in a different state. He was telling her that he loves her, how beautiful she is and was asking for naked pictures and told her that I was not as good as her. My heart dropped when I read the messages. He told me that he never met the girl and that he must of been drunk when he was asking for pictures. I didnt buy any of his B.S and told him I wanted to break up. That night I ended up going over to a guy friend of mines house and ended up drinking a little too much and hooking up with him (I know this was wrong on my part and I am completely ashamed of this action).
My bf found out about this incident, called me a cheater and a whore and broke up with me.
...a few months later we ended up working through all of this and are now back together and happy.
However, he lives in a different state right now because of the military and I cannot get the girl he was talking too out of my mind. He deleted her off his facebook a day before I flew down to see him which seems suspicious to me. I am so paranoid he is still talking to her or other girls and I do not feel good enough for him still. I obsess over her and obsess over how I look which has triggered my eating disorder to crop up again.
I have talked to him about this and he either bring up what I did and blames me. Or he explains he does not talk to her anymore and he is dedicated to me.
IDK what to do..I cant stop these obsessive and paranoid thoughts.

I had the same type of issue with my boyfriend recently. Except the other girl was an ex girlfriend. And there were a couple other girls as well. We are trying our hardest to work things out. However, I'm still crazy jealous of all women that he talks to. Girls that he works with, girls he knew from college, anyone. Somehow in my mind I twist it into someone that he cheated on me with. I don't know how to make it better. What I try to tell myself is that I am a good person. It is not my fault. I am good enough for him. Try and think about the happiness you guys have now and not to dwell on the past. I know that it's easier said than done. I'm hoping it just takes time.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
