I'm at a new low...I just feel like the worst friend, wife, mother...you name it. How can I handle being all these things if I can't even function? I'm scared...
It's getting to such a bad point with my self esteem that I don't even want my friends being around me or better yet my husband because in my ignorant mind I feel like he would rather be around them since they don't have all these depressing issues. Who could blame him though, right? Wouldn't any guy rather be around fun, bubbly girls rather than his own sarcastic, disturbed wife?

thats not necessarilly true sweetie, when u love someone, u would rather be around them no matter what they may feel like at that time. if ur husband was the one feeling like u do right now, would u rather be by him or off with some bubbly happy people? try talking to him about it, let me know how things go

He loves you and I am sure he wants to help you through this, try not to push him away, don't back him into a corner, let him get close. We need those who care and love us around us. I wish I had friends around me who truley cared. Let them in :)

i try so hard to be that bubbly girl..
but i come out the end being that saddistic, sarcastic, emotional POS girl ,

what kills me is that it is not the girl that he asked to marry him.

im totally different now.

i hate myself.

but i can assure you you are not a bad wife, or mother or person.

thank you all, your support means the world to me. I'm sorry that we have or are going through this. i did end up breaking down to him and it was good to let everything out. he's kind of hard to talk to in the fact that he is very zealous about what he thinks is right, but it reminded me that he loves me very very much and would never leave me. if he weren't so biased he'd almost be as good as a shrink, lol. You guys were right, i shouldn't block off the ones i love and who care for me, but i really hate for them to see me like this. again thank you...it's been a pretty bad day, but it's getting better...

I feel like this all the time. All weekend I was very low..and I started thinking how I can't stand to put him through this anymore. I am punishing him by being depressed all the time, he deserves so much better. Sometimes I think I should just break up with him so that he is free to find someone he can be happy with. I'm tired of making him miserable. I can't seem to help myself, I can't seem to be happy, so why should I take him down with me? And than my poor daughter, seeing mommy upset and in a bad mood more often than not. I hate myself when I'm like this, and the last thing I want is for the people I love to be pulled in to it

i know, it's hard lk. but when i can i try to remember that it is 100 times worse to us in our minds. yes, it is hard for our loved ones to see us this way, but i don't think they are as miserable as we think we are making them. i believe that if your bf was that tired of it all he would have up and left by now and just being there is being support for you. i am lucky that my husband and friends are honest with me. even though i do still get these feelings that i am sucking them under with me, i truly think they would tell me if it were really happening that way. so all we can do is be thankful that our friends and family are there and not look into it so much :) and we are all here for you too!
