Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.
Well after cutting out beef as much as possible since it causes bloating, cramps and constipation; onions for horrible gas and cramps; mexican food for diarrhea...
I still had some flares between c and d but now mostly c. I found a solution that works really well besides trying a high fiber diet that only works a little but. I drink organic aloe vera juice and I mix it with Plum Smart plum juice on ice. I make a tall glass of it everyday and so far I am very happy with the results! I mix it like 1/3 aloe juice and 2/3 plum juice. It tastes really good to me too. I drink one glass a day usually before dinner or right after dinner. And so far, soon after I wake up in the morning I have to go to the toilet, and no stomach pain all day, or cramps, or bloating. I go once a day and that's it, no more, no less and feel great after!

You may have to drink more or less than what I take for your symptoms, so I recommend trying it and playing around with the amount you take till you reach satisfying results. Having acid reflux, I cannot consumer anything with acid.
Does it have alot of acid in it?
I saw a gallon container of it at SAMS club but was scared to buy it.
The plum smart sounds great even though I cant eat stone fruit.
