Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.
I was thinking about getting Fiber Choice Chewables also and I was wondering if anyone has tried them. If anyone has tried them or does take them I want to know what you think of them. Do you like them? How are they? Do they help? I have fiber gummies and I have gotten sick of them, unfortunately. I loved them at first. I've also taken fiber one products and I love the brownies, but also got sick of some of the cerals, unfortunately. I've taken the Cinnamon Metamucil wafers, but I've never taken the Apple wafers. I have slow digestion and I've always had slow digestion, unfortunately, but it's not always been hard. I'm also wide awake, as I always am, but that's not the scope of this group.
I like them , unlike Metamucil (which i also take) they are not classified as a natural laxative which was a problem for me when I had a flare up. The Metamucil would act like EX LAX..lol
Not so with the Fiber Choice. Its a great way to help your good bacteria grow and flourish...
