Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.

Also peppermints help, as do peppermint tea. Keep drinking water, avoid greasy, fatty foods, and possibly dairy. Don't eat big meals, just pick throughout the day, and when you can just try and have some "me time" do some breathing exercises. yoga does help.
If it goes on too long, it may be worth going to see your doctor, but if you know it is tress related, it just becomes a case of learning to deal with your stress. You have to work what works for you, and the annoying thing?? It takes time, a lot of trial and error.
