Study the fodmap ( did you get it ok?) and try to eat less when you are triggered, if you can. Find new caffeine free teas you love.
I think Louise's idea of 5HTP can work well and would also suggest a talk to your doctor. For me and for many suffering, trying a low dosage of neurontin may help stabilize a positive mood for you.
Get plenty of sleep and do something physical when you feel emotional..Stretch, dance, garden et al!

My toilet is breaking down and it is going to take time to fix it which adds to the stress and next week will be busy.
My IBS-D is the worst. I can't seem to eat and have a normal bowel movement.
