Interstitial Cystitis (IC) Support Group
Interstitial Cystitis (IC) is a urinary bladder disease of unknown cause characterised by pelvic and intense bladder pain, urinary frequency (as often as every 10 minutes), and pain with urination. It is not unusual for patients to experience nocturia and pain with sexual intercourse. IC is also known as painful bladder syndrome (PBS), particularly outside of the USA.
Lemon is a citrus honey but once the body begins to break it down it turn alkaline which is the opposite of acidic.
These are the things that bother most persons who have IC.
When people tell you what you should or should eat ask them if they have been pain free and for how long.
Myself and large population of IC woman have had far less episodes since we adopted Physical therapy, decreased less stress, yoga, kept our weight proportion with our build and height, eat a dairy, gluten low sugar, low fat and low salt diet., little or no red meat.
Also take very little or no medication.
