Cord was $1.49 just lot month when I bought the prior one---now FIFTY CENTS more. And there was a blank spot where the cords always was. I had to look around----cord way up, out of my reach; had to stand on a stepladder to get it.
Last month I joked to the white cashier of me being an internet addict; this month the cord price up, and moved out of easy reach----pakistani/east Indian owner taking the joke too seriously?!
May, june, july, August....got another new cord July 31, threw it awy this morning. Cashier in dollar store where I bought 2 dollar, 25 foot cord had to use one of those pickers to get the cord, their very last cord, that was way up at the store's ceiling.
Threw away the cord at 11 this morning, back online at 6 with phone cord, to post something, and then to plug in phone again; see when I get another cord, though will probably cost 6 dollars at Lowes or Walmart.
What's wrong with wanting to be on the net all the time? And think of all the $$ you could save by not throwing the cords away all the time.
I'm addicted and I don't care. It's fun. Its cheaper than therapy, and better for my body than Prozak. I DO get off my duff enough to take care of my house and get my exercise so If I want to be on a lot during my day who cares?
