Saying chronic insomnia is a phobia is a generalisation and almost rude. Yes fear amplifies any sleeping disorder. But pushing posible causes aside and basicly saying your view is right seems overconfident and almost rude. I have chronic insomnia, i worked for years with specialists and therapists to figure out what the cause is and how to live with it. And most of what miss Stephens says feel right. A lot of what she says will help every insomniac but saying that insomnia is a phobia is simplifying a problem that has thousands of specialists stumped. Even if you don't count brain damage and rem-sleep disorders, it still is saying every human is white because you are white and all your friends are white.
