I think I have a fast metabolism plus I exercise a lot; like yesterday for example I played pick up basketball for like 3 hours. I actually have a history of getting migraines if I don't eat something every 2 hours. Overall I have been wanting to gain weight just for personal reasons but also because I think my body feels like it needs more food. I am going to try taking vitamins, especially vitamin D to see if that at least sparks my energy. I don't drink caffeine which is one of the major frustrations of my low energy. About working out in the morning, I'm going to have to try doing that because soon I'm getting a new job plus going to school, having homework, being in a leadership society, etc. It's going to be so hard cause I can tell you I HATE mornings, I can't believe I survived my job this summer, and I will be probably go sleepless or get hardly any because my schedule is so far off of that now. It's going to be very hard.
