Insomnia is a symptom, rather than a disease, and is characterized by inadequate quantity or quality of sleep. There's this thing called Acetlycholine. Sounds like you are low on it. Being low on it causes extreme fatigue, anxiety, insomnia like light sleep. It also causes memory loss (forgetfulness). There are 3 ways to supply your brain with Acetlycholine. 1) Eat animal brains (not recommended 2) go to sleep because you brain naturally produces Acetlycholine while you're sleeping (not practical since you're not sleeping due to the lack of Acetlychline; catch 22) 3) take Acetly-l-carnitine + choline (This will create Acetlycholine and you should feel the difference quickly.)
The frequent thirst, high blood pressure are probably due to lack of magnesium and L-histidine and vitamin b-complex. Give it a shot. It doesn't take much before you can tell the difference. If it is as bad as you say it is, you should be able to tell the difference after just one or two doses (remember, more is not better).
The extreme anxiety depends on what kind of anxiety. If it's the kind of anxiety where you can't sit still, you'll need a little bit of L-Glutamin. If it's the kind of anxiety where your brain is going nuts, the acetlycholine mentioned above should resolve it. If it's the kind of anxiety where you want to eat then you'll need a little 5HTP to resolve that. If it's light anxiety (free floating), the L-Histidine should resolve it.
Talk to a health foods expert before trying but I think you'll be fine.
