With sleeping pills of any kind, you're only treating the symptom, right? You don't take pills to get hungry, so why would you take pills to get sleepy?
Much better to get at the true root of the problem, whatever that may be.
About the lorazapam, I have been taking it for fifteen years, and it's really funny because I began by taking my mother's, as well. My step-father takes it too, and when one of us runs out we all wind up sharing. To tell you the truth my psych won't give it to me because he feels I'm on enough medication, but my GP is fine with it, so he gives it to me.
