I did a stupid and silly this last nite. I was feeling tired, I thought I'd take a long sleep. I could use a 10-14 sleep. So, I took my nite meds, go to bed and sleep. I slept from Midnite to 3:30 , when my dog woke me up so she could go out. I called her brother's name, he came running. Between 3:30 and 6:30a, I was up 10 x's. Finally I just got up. Now this is the time I usually go to bed. So it's gonna be a long day. Good thing I don't have anyone around me to invite me to Easter. It's gonna be a day filled with eyes barely opened, eating protein, what your not really eating on Easter Sunday bc, the hami is glazed in a ton of sugar, not really missing a good dinner. But food for me id hard to cook bc I have so much pain. Making a grilled cheese hurts. That should tell you how much my life sucks, and all the pain I am in lately. Not looking for pity AT ALL , just a little peek into my fun and exiting life.

Why are you in so much pain? Seams to mean if you could get your pain under control. .....you could sleep. Me I just can't sleep. No matter what I do I just can't! I can't wrap my mind around it How I can stay up for days w/out sleeping. Well I hope you get your pain under control, maybe you could sleep. Obtw let your dogs out before you go to sleep get it on a schedule! Good luck. :)

Have you tried not eating processed foods? I know it's hard and very convenient to make a grilled cheese sandwich, and tastes good. However eating meats, veggies and some fruit might take away your pain. Pain is caused by inflammation in our body. Try it for 30 days, just journal how you feel each day. The first week or so you WILL feel like you have the flu, please don't let that discourage you!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
