I feel sad for what you are going through. Many people have encouraged you to try CBT and to work on ways to stop worrying about your medication not working. Many people have told you that your worrying is making it more difficult for you to recover/improve your insomnia but it doesn't seem to register with you.
You are asking questions that have already been answered by many people. It leaves me to wonder why you are asking the same questions again.
If I were in your shoes, I would try everything that people suggest and see if it works rather than spending time worrying whether it would work. Of course that's how I think. Not everyone is the same as me (thank God for that!).
You seem to be caught up in an obsessive cycle and cannot break out of it. I would encourage you to seek professional help with this compulsive thinking/anxiety.

Stay focused on those root causes. Don't let yourself get distracted or sidetracked.
