It sounds like you're doing a great job of keeping your mind busy, but it's also pretty important to get some sunlight and physical activity each day too in order to keep your sleep hormones properly regulated.
I'm not sure what the rules are where you are located, but if you can get outside in the morning for a walk or any other preferred activity for at least 20 minutes, you may find that your sleep improves.
If you absolutely can't get outdoors, then I suggest opening up blinds/shades so you get some sunlight and getting some kind of indoor exercise - there are tons of fitness apps available that can help you get a little physical activity inddors right now.

If you are working late on your computer every night, you will want to make sure you use the computer's "night light", which sets the color toward orange to signal your brain it is nighttime. Same with cell phones!
