Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
I have a 4 yr old w my husband who is a cheater. I've caught him a few times even early on in our relationship. I also blamed myself for awhile for gaining some weight. I know now you and I are NOT to blame for them cheating and I'm so glad to hear you know that now too!
There are some significant differences in yours and my circumstances. Such as, I still live under the same roof as him. I check his phone often and know of 4 women he's either involved with or is trying to start a fling with currently. Him and I have been in separate bedrooms for 4 years! We have virtually no contact until a few months ago.
About 2 months ago he started coming in my room almost every night and we'd have sex and he'd go back to his room. I found that I have gotten back all those feelings from when we first started dating. Now I see all this stuff in his phone where he's currently talking to all these other girls. And it's hurting me! I've brought it to his attention, even told him what I saw on his phone and he still denies it and has yet to apologize or change anything.
I feel conflicted. I know the right thing to do is to end the relationship. For some reason I have yet to do that. I think it's wonderful that you are no longer with your husband! I believe you are doing the right thing! Congratulations on going back to school and having goals of achieving a degree where you'll make more than him! You can do it! I wish I knew all the answers unfortunately I do not. I wish you the best of luck!
This is not a marriage.
Neither of these men deserve you.
Take control of the situation, set an example for your children that they don't grow up thinking it's ok for men to treat women like this, and leave.
There are many more men out there who will value you, treat you with dignity and respect and not walk all over you.
Let these clowns be someone else's problem. Love yourself.
I am sorry if I was harsh but I spent over 15 years of my life I will never get back with a man who was nothing more than a sex addict. It's hard to turn the corner. I needed counseling to empower me but I am in a healthy relationship with a man who values me and only wants me.
These dudes are dogs.
