I am starting to obsess about wanting to meet tow irl.
ugh I know in my head probably not a good idea, but just ughh, the curiosity.
H knew her in his childhood. He lost his virginity to her. His sister is on her friends list on fb. She looks like me in some ways, she is my age, and as I have told myself from the beginning, she looks like me, he was looking for me emotionally etc etc, it occurs to me, he knew her first, was I a replacement for her? The girl he never got over who broke his heart and cheated on him when he was 14? ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

My first love ....I can remember like yesterday. I got fully integrated in his family (also same origin in Europe), joined clubs, ran for beauty queen all due to his mother's prompting, won, events, political events, as well as my friends liked him, he was my first, etc.
Years later he moved to Colorado, and became very wealthy, due to his bro and he making lucrative deals in building large buildings in Denver. They both became millionnaires. I saw him, when he came back to visit his Mom, (still in the chgo. area), and I was shocked.
He wasn't as handsome, and his eyes had a strange intensity about them, not good. He had gotten chubby, was always fit, and he lacked the confidence he had as a young lad. So, people do change, physically, emotionally, economically, ....in all ways. But the weirdest thing was: in the past he always had the "upper hand" due to his being 2 years older, and he probably always was and will be more intelligent than me (engineer), but his self-confidence changed in the social arena, maybe he's confident in his board room meetings, who knows?
But the point being, I was not attracted to his personality, his persona, and all the money in the world would not have drawn me into a relationshiip with him, as he matured. Besides he was cheap as hell, and I'd probably have to fight to just buy a set of curtains for the house. (I love decorating, and buying things for the house, it's big on my list, and my H, doesn't bitch about it one bit).
But people do change so dang much, so I highly doubt that she is anything like she was, when she was a mere teenager. So take that out of your hat, and insert an older person, who may have changed a lot, and may not be all that, and he probably found that out!
we used to have a running joke that when I turned 40 he was going to trade me in on 2-20 yr olds:) lol, so she is not only 41 like me,,but,,,,A GRANDMA which I am not. So I've been giving him hell about like little old blue haired ladies :) lol
not exactly accurate I know, but who cares, it makes him squirm lolol
