At the time I found out about my husband's affair he told me about how his friend and him had met these OW on a dating website together . I think he was trying to diminish the fact that he was caught and thought if he dragged his friend in he would be less responsible. Whatever I know the friend and I know his wife...not well...but well enough to know that she doesn't know anything about his cheating. I now feel horrible that I know this and the wife has no idea. My H begs me to not tell her...says that it would destroy her and their marriage...duh I understand this, but I would like to destroy his cheating A##. Does anyone have any input??

The first thing like many have said is that you need to be absolutely sure that the friend was cheating like your husband. Sure enough that you will never need to look over your shoulder about it. Then if the answer is yes you need to sit both of the men down and lay down the law about it. Either they fess up or you will blow the whistle.

She has the right to know and if her husband is a coward then you need to do it. My husband told me that one of friends is not happy in his relationship and he is only staying for the child and I told my husband IF I ever find out Dave is cheating I will call her in a heart beat.

I wish Dave would have told me that my husband was cheating back in September but I guess that's a man thing - They stick together.

I think you need to deal with your pain right now. Let her know in some way, maybe leave some evidence for her, but don't get too involved, because you hve enough pain to deal with already.

Stay strong and do something for yourself today.

Thanks for all your advise. I think I also have a selfish reason for wanting to do this aside from not letting this other cheater get away with it....it would make my husband feel even worse than he already does by having his friend go through all of this nightmare...of course I could go and break the windshield of my husband's car...that might make ME feel better. I have told my H that he has so much time to tell his friend that he needs to admit to his wife what he has been doing or I would find a way to let her know. He agreed.....of course he is agreeing to everything NOW !
