I haven't posted a message since I went for no contact almost 4 weeks now. But I am beginning to find out what happened. She was being visited by a friend of mine who was interested in her in December and January, I just found out that when she went skiing in Vermont with her kids he went along with them. She told me the cell phone did not work up in the mountains and that she could only call me when she went to get food or gas or, really, when she was alone. She called me to say how much she loved me, while she was with this other man So she lied to both of us. two days later she dumped me. During december and january her phone did not work on several weekends.
THE POINT IS I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE LIED TO ME SO BLATANTLY. AND WITH SUCH EASE. She was my good friend for 10 years and she told me I was the love or her life. We were a couple in high school. I can't believe this person was capable of doing such a thing. Lying and cheating on me for two months, perhaps more.
Being dumped hurts but being lied to and cheated just hurts too much. I JUST CANT BELIEVE SHE DID THIS.

Give yourself time to grieve this and start moving forward. You have a lot to look forward to, including someday finding someone who will not treat you like crap.
I'm sorry that you are in such emotional pain. You've been betrayed by the woman who claimed you were the love of her life, and by a friend who obviously who has romantic feelings for her. If you ask me, they deserve each other. As much as you are hurting, "The truth shall set you free". Now you know that she had been lying all along.
