Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
My Wife of 13 Years is Leaving for a Married Woman
Guess the title says it all. As far as I knew we were happily married two weeks ago. Instead she's been (and still is) having an affair with a married woman and wants out of our marraige. Now I'm looking for an apartment because they want me out of way. The worst part (and there are a lot of bad parts) is that we have two kids in the house (12 and 16 year old girls) and she wont tell them the truth. She cheated on me and now wants to persue that relationship. Instead she wants them to believe that "we have decided to seperate." Thats a lie. I'm hurt, angry, sad, confused, and pretty much every emotion you can imagine...and it changes from one to another every 10 seconds. She keeps putting it on me saying that she hasn't been happy in a long time. I keep telling her that maybe she should have talked to her husband about it. Where do I go from here? Will I ever feel normal again, or is this feeling the new normal?

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

the children at the age deserve to know the truth and your wife has to be the one to break it to them and deal with the consequences. The kids will eventually find out if she doesn’t and it is not your job to cover up for her.
Most importantly, the children will need a stable environment when they learn the truth. You will have to be the anchor in this mess.
The kids will likely be angry for the infidelity and for breaking up the family and they will
Probably refuse to visit with her at first.
Please get a lawyer and make sure she begins to pay child support.
Hugs. You will all live through this.
The road you are about to journey will feel like hell.
you will need help healing
@MemphisWH...thanks for the advice. Once we are able to divorce it should be pretty simple. We will have no debt and equal income. We have already decided on joint custody, so no child support. I'm ok with that. I've resolved the fact that this will get worse before it gets better. For now I will let them play house. In reality that helps me in the end because Arkansas courts hate infidelity, but they hate unmarried cohabitation even more.
Unstable and crazy in court.
If you leave, the court may use it against you in the custody battle.
If you share a home together, you can technically refuse to have her new gf on your property.
Contact local police and ask them what you can do if your wife shows up at the house to live with her gf. You have just as much rights to remain in the home she does. Bottom line - do what is best for the kids.
Go down to the court house and immediately file for physical
Custody. Write down all the dates and print out all the screenshots of your texts regarding her making you move.
If she wants to have a new gf - fine, but she doesn’t have the right to displace your kids.
Why make this easy on her?? She can see her girlfriend outside of the house. Don't let her run all over you. You have rights.
I know you are hurt, depressed, angry, sad, tired.... but right now you need to fight for yourself, and fight for what's best for your kids. The decisions you make right now, today, will affect everything for the rest of your life, and your kids' lives. Please go see a lawyer.
I want to thank every one of you for pushing me. You are all 100% correct and it is time to take the gloves off and fight for what is right for me and the kids.
A coworker did the same as you and lost everything, because he moved out for her....and her lover....and the kids...
